TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc announces that on 29 April 2005 the Company
purchased for cancellation 500,000 ordinary shares of 5p at a price of 26.0p per
share.

Following this purchase there are now 35,362,753 ordinary shares of 5p in
issue.
