TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc announces that on 29 August 2008 the Company purchased for cancellation 80,332 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 90.5p per share.

Following this purchase there are now 23,462,444 ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
