TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc announces that on 19 December 2007 the Company
purchased for cancellation 152,449 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 87.5p per
share.

Following this purchase there are now 21,798,890 ordinary shares of 1p in
issue.
