TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES


The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc announces that on 29 February 2008 the Company
purchased for cancellation 70,726 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 90.0p per
share.

Following this purchase there are now 22,755,104 ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
