The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc announces that on 26 July 2007 the Company
purchased for cancellation 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 90.00p per
share.

Following this purchase there are now 22,106,506 ordinary shares of 1p in
issue.
