The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc announces that on 30 January 2007 the Company
purchased for cancellation 125,000 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 87.00p per
share.

Following this purchase there are now 22,356,506 ordinary shares of 1p in
issue.
