The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc announces that on 31 August 2006 the Company
purchased for cancellation 85,000 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 91.00p per
share.

Following this purchase there are now 22,481,506 ordinary shares of 1p in
issue.
