The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc announces that on 29 June 2007 the Company
purchased for cancellation 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 88.00p per
share.

Following this purchase there are now 22,206,506 ordinary shares of 1p in
issue.
