Foresight 4 VCT plc - Voting Rights and Capital



In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the
Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc announces that:



Foresight 4 VCT plc's capital consists of 22,481,506 ordinary shares with voting
rights.  Foresight 4 VCT plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.



Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Foresight 4 VCT plc is
22,481,506.



The above figure (22,481,506) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Foresight 4 VCT plc under
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
