Allotment of Shares

The Board is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the Offer
for Subscription dated 18 March 2005 (the 'Offer'), 24,227 ordinary shares of 5
pence each were allotted on 6 May 2005 at 30.60 pence per share.

Application has been made for the admission of the 24,227 ordinary shares to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock
Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now total 2,718,316
ordinary shares. Following this allotment there are now 38,081,069 ordinary
shares of 5p each in issue.
