Transaction in "C" Shares

Further to the announcement on 1 July 2013, in accordance with the terms of a public Open Offer and a Tender Offer dated 5 March 2013 (the "Offers"), the Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc announces that the final number of "C" shares purchased for cancellation at 95.80p per "C" share was 828,094 and not 828,097 as previously reported. This amendment resulted from the delivery of stock, via crest, which was three "C" shares different from the original number of ""C" shares processed.
Following this purchase there are now 18,680,907 C Shares in issue.
