The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc is pleased to announce that the unaudited net asset value (NAV) per Ordinary share as at 2 April 2012 was 101.99p (6 February 2012: 105.68p) and the unaudited NAV per C share at 2 April 2012 was 97.26p (6 February 2012: 100.0p).
