Allotment and Issue of New Ordinary Shares and New C Shares and Transaction in Own Shares

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of a public Open Offer and a Tender Offer dated 5 March 2013 (the "Offers") that:

ORDINARY SHARES
Allotment
1,624,398 Ordinary Shares under the Open Offer were allotted and issued on 4 April 2013 at 95.4 pence per Ordinary Share.
Application has been made for the admission of the 1,624,398 Ordinary Shares in the Company to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

Transaction in Own Shares

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc further announces that on 4 April 2013 the Company purchased for cancellation 1,673,655 Ordinary Shares at 92.6p per share.

 

Following this purchase there are now 38,527,693 Ordinary Shares in issue.

C  ORDINARY SHARES
Allotment
1,308,586 C Shares under the Open Offer were allotted and issued on 4 April 2013 at 92.5 pence per C Share.
Application has been made for the admission of the 1,308,586 C Shares in the Company to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

Transaction in Own Shares

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc further announces that on 4 April 2013 the Company purchased for cancellation 1,348,162 C Shares at 89.8p share.

 

Following this purchase there are now 18,705,164 C Shares in issue.
