Allotment and Issue of New Ordinary Shares and New C Shares and Transaction in Own Shares

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of a public Top Up Offer and an Open Offer dated 2 March 2012 (the "Offers") that:

ORDINARY SHARES
Allotment
1,086,271 Ordinary Shares under the Open Offer were allotted and issued on 10 April 2012 at 105.20 pence per Ordinary Share.
Application has been made for the admission of the 1,086,271 Ordinary Shares in the Company to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

Transaction in Own Shares

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc further announces that on 10 April 2012 the Company purchased for cancellation 1,118,753 Ordinary Shares at 101.99p per share.

 

Following this purchase there are now 38,109,486 Ordinary Shares in issue.

C  ORDINARY SHARES
Allotment
979,103 C Shares under the Open Offer were allotted and issued on 10 April 2012 at 100.30 pence per C Share.
Application has been made for the admission of the 979,103 C Shares in the Company to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

Transaction in Own Shares

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc further announces that on 10 April 2012 the Company purchased for cancellation 1,007,087 C Shares at 97.26p share.

 

Following this purchase there are now 18,725,914 C Shares in issue.
