Notice of AGM, Dividend Timetable and Investor Presentation

Fonix (AIM:FNX),  the mobile payments and messaging provider , announces  that its Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2022, together with its Notice of its 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM), are now available on the Company's website at https://www.fonix.com/investors. Copies will be posted on 24 October 2022 to those shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.

The AGM is to be held at finnCap, 1 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL at 9am on 22 November 2022.

At the AGM, shareholders are being asked to approve, amongst other things, a final dividend of 4.50p per share, which if approved, will be paid on 30 November 2022 to those shareholders who were on the register at the close of business on 25 November 2022 (record date), with a corresponding ex-dividend date of 24 November 2022.

The Company continues to trade in line with management expectations.

T he Company is also pleased to announce that Rob Weisz and Michael Foulkes will provide a live presentation relating to the Company's final results for the year ended 30 June 2022 via the Investor Meet Company platform on 2 November 2022 at 1:00pm GMT. 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
