Ann Corcoran, the spouse of John Corcoran, the Non-executive Chairman of Power
Leisure plc, sold 50,000 ordinary shares on 29 August 2001 and sold 50,000
ordinary shares on 1 March 2002. As a result, Mrs. Corcoran now holds 137,171
ordinary shares in Power Leisure plc.
