Paddy Power plc has applied to the Irish Stock Exchange, the London Stock
Exchange and the U K Listing Authority to block list 65,815 ordinary shares
which have been issued under the Paddy Power plc Share Save Scheme.



These ordinary shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares.
