Paddy Power plc has applied to the Irish Stock Exchange, the London Stock
Exchange and the United Kingdom Listing Authority to list 178,614 ordinary
shares which have been issued under the Paddy Power plc Share Save Scheme.



These ordinary shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares.  The
current issued share capital of Paddy Power plc is 50,009,024.
