Director / PDMR Shareholding


Under the 2004 Long Term Incentive Plan, Patrick Kennedy, Chief Executive
Officer, has been conditionally granted 80,000 ordinary shares; Breon Corcoran,
Commercial Director, has been conditionally granted 35,000 ordinary shares;
Dermot Golden, Head of Risk, has been conditionally granted 25,000 ordinary
shares; Barni Evans, Marketing Director has been conditionally granted 15,000
shares; and John O'Donnell, Head of Technology, has been conditionally granted
10,000 ordinary shares.

These shares will vest in 2009 subject to the achievement of the performance
criteria as defined in the 2004 Long Term Incentive Plan.
