Under the 2004 Long Term Incentive Plan, Breon Corcoran, Commercial Director,
has been conditionally granted 30,000 ordinary shares, Barni Evans, Marketing
Director has been conditionally granted 15,000 shares and Dermot Golden, Head of
Risk, has been conditionally granted 15,000 shares.  These shares will vest in
2008 subject to the achievement of the performance criteria as defined in the
2004 Long Term incentive Plan.
