Power Leisure plc has applied to the Irish Stock Exchange, the London Stock
Exchange and the UK Listing Authority to list 225,908 new Ordinary Shares of
Eur 0.10 each on the Official Lists in Dublin and London.  These shares have
been allotted under the Power Leisure plc Restricted Share Scheme.
