                      Notification of Preliminary Results

On behalf of our client Flomerics Group PLC, supplier of analysis software to
the telecommunications, semiconductor and computer industries, and other sectors
of the electronics industries, we notify the London Stock Exchange that the
Company will be announcing its Preliminary results for the year ended 31
December 2003 on Thursday 11 March 2004.
