DIRECTORS' DEALING

Flomerics Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification
that Mr Gary Carter, a Director of the Company, purchased 8,000 ordinary shares
in the Company on 20 May 2005 at an average price of 69.75p per ordinary share.
Mr Carter's holding following this transaction is 8,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each representing 0.05% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
