Flowtech Fluidpower plc, the UK's leading specialist supplier of technical fluid power products, announces that it has been notified that Roger McDowell, Non-Executive Chair of Flowtech, has purchased a total of 750,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 April 2021 at a price of 100 pence per Ordinary Share via his SIPP.

 

Following this transaction, Mr. McDowell has an interest in 750,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.22 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
