Fletcher King Plc announces that it has sold 1,707,594 shares in First Property
Group Plc at a price of 14 pence per share for a total cash consideration of
£237,872. First Property Group Plc is an AIM listed property company in which
Fletcher King Plc has held this investment of approximately 1.5% of the issued
share capital since 2001.
