RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Fletcher King plc (the 'Company') announces that, at the general meeting of the Company held today, the resolution was passed. As announced on 19 August, the directors will now apply to transfer the Company's stock exchange listing from the Official List to AIM, with dealings on AIM expected to start on 14 October.
