2006 a director of District & Urban Group plc and his family acquired 75,000
ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 63.75p per share. This represents
0.82% of the Company's issued share capital and increases the total holding in
the Company of District & Urban Group plc and associated parties to 957,562
ordinary shares, an increase from 9.58% of the Company's issued share capital to
10.40%.
