Retirement of Mr George Howard


After almost 44 years service for Howard Associates and latterly Fletcher King
Howard, George Howard has decided to leave the Company to spend more time with
his wife and family, particularly in France and to have more time to pursue his
own interests.  Consequently he will retire from the Board of Fletcher King Plc
on 30 April 2007.

Fletcher King Plc Chairman, David Fletcher, said, 'George has enjoyed a long
career with Fletcher King Howard and we thank him for the contribution he has
made, both to the Company and to the Group. We wish him well for the future'.
