Results of AGM

Fiske Plc (the 'Company') announces that at the AGM held today all the resolutions were duly passed.

Speaking at the AGM, Clive Harrison, the Chairman and Chief Executive, said the following:

"This year has started off profitably although slightly below the figures for the same period last year. Although our cost structure remains under tight control, some of the influences on our revenues are subject to market levels."
