ADMISSION OF SHARES

Options to subscribe for 22,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p in Fiske plc were
exercised on 3 April at an exercise price of 37.5 pence per share.

An application for the 22,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market has been made with the London Stock Exchange.
Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on Friday 11 April 2003.

The shares will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue.
