FISKE plc (the 'Company')


The Company wishes to announce the appointment of Byron Antony Fiske Harrison as
an Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2006.


Byron Harrison, aged 39, joined the Company from Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte
where he was an Executive Director responsible for Institutional Equity Sales.
He was previously with Indosuez W I Carr Securities Singapore as Head of
International Sales.


There are no matters relating to Byron Harrison that require disclosure under
Schedule 2 (iii) to (viii) of the AIM rules.
