Fiske Plc announces that it received notification today that Mr Gerard Luchini, the Company's Compliance Director, purchased 6,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 57 pence per share today.

As a result of this transaction Mr Luchini holds a total of 45,000 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights in Fiske, which represents 0.53% of Fiske's issued share capital.
