Appointment of new Chairman

As stated in the Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2008, Mr. Michael Allen announced that he would be retiring as Chairman and from the Board of Fiske plc effective from the 1 November 2008. 

He has been succeeded as Chairman by Mr. Clive Fiske Harrison, who will also carry on in his role as Chief Executive of the Company.
