Total Voting Rights and Capital

Disclosure by the Company pursuant to the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6 (R).

The Company confirms that there has been an increase in the capital of the Company.  The Company's total share capital consists of 49,924,943 ordinary shares and 100,000 preference shares with voting rights.  The total number of voting rights in the Company is 50,024,943.

The Company does not hold any treasury shares.

The figure 50,024,943 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
