2006 that Schroder Investment Management Limited has an interest in 8,412,680
ordinary shares of 25p each in the company ('Ordinary Shares'). This represents
approximately 16.999 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.

Of this holding, 1,448,844 ordinary shares are held by Schroder Unit Trusts
Limited (SUTL) and are registered in the name Chase Nominees Limited. A further
