Directors Interests
The Company was informed on 19 March 2003 by The James Fisher and Sons Employees
Share Trust Limited ('the Trust') that on 13 March 2003 it purchased 100,000
ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares')
and that on 18 March 2003 it purchased 14,557 Ordinary Shares, each time at a
purchase price of 147p.
52,398 of these Ordinary Shares have been purchased by certain Directors through
the Trust from the proceeds of their bonuses for the year ended 31 December
2002.These shares were purchased as follows:
