Vesting of Award

The Company was notified on 9 April 2020 that Stuart Kilpatrick, the Group Finance Director, had increased his holdings of Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') through the vesting of awards made in March 2017 under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (the 'Plan').

On 6 April 2020, in accordance with the Plan rules, 14,334 Ordinary Shares vested.  On 9 April 2020, an aggregate of 6,737 Ordinary Shares were sold at a price of 1357.00 pence per share to fund the tax liability resulting from the vesting.

Following this transaction, Stuart Kilpatrick's beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital is as follows:
