                       Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 16th January 2008 that Mr N P Henry, Chief Executive
Officer, had on that date acquired 1,396 Ordinary Shares at a price of £5.729.

Following this transaction Mr Henry has a beneficial interest in the company's
issued share capital of 29,303 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06 per cent of the
Company's total issued ordinary share capital.

This notification is given in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1).
