The Company was notified on 4th April 2008 that Mr N P Henry, a director of the
Company, had sold 2,600 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of
623p per share.

Following this transaction Mr Henry has a beneficial interest in the Company's
issued ordinary share capital of 43,083 Ordinary Shares representing 0.09 per
cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
