                             Director Shareholding


The Company was notified on 18 December 2007 that Mr N P Henry, Chief Executive
Officer, had on that date acquired 1,606 Ordinary Shares at a price of £6.188
per share.


Following this transaction Mr Henry has a beneficial interest in the Company's
issued share capital of 27,907 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06 per cent of the
Company's total issued ordinary share capital.


This notification is given in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1).
