                             Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 12 January 2006 that Mr N.P.Henry a director of the
Company has purchased on 12 January 2006 1035 ordinary shares at a price of
371.74p.

The Company was also notified on 13 January 2006 that Mr N.P.Henry purchased a
further 1000 ordinary shares on 13 January 2006 at a price of 378.98p.

Following these transactions Mr Henry's beneficial interest in the Company's
issued ordinary share capital has increased to 12,357 ordinary shares
representing 0.025 per cent of the Company's total issued Ordinary Share
Capital.
