                               Additional Listing


Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a total of 10,138 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's main market ('Admission'). The Ordinary Shares are being
issued pursuant to the exercise of options by employees.

Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 20 December
2006.
