At  the Annual General Meeting of the Hansom Group PLC  held
today,  Alasdair  Locke,  Chairman said:  'In  my  statement
accompanying the Annual Report and Accounts, I said that the
Group  was seeking a major acquisition to reverse  into  the
Company.  This remains the case and I am optimistic that  we
shall  be in a position to make an announcement in  the  not
too distant future.'
