Sprue (AIM: SPRP), a leading designer and seller of home safety products, confirms its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders. Both documents are now available to download from the Company's website at www.sprueaegis.co.uk.

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at 10.30am on Thursday 28 June 2018 at Nailcote Hall, Nailcote Lane, Berkswell, Warwickshire CV7 7DE.
