Board changes

As described in the Admission Document published by the Company on 24 April 2014, the Board has undertaken a review of its size and composition as part of its move to AIM and today announces that Peter Brigham (Technical Director) and John Walsh (Business Development Director) have resigned as Directors of the Company with immediate effect.  Both Peter and John will remain with the Company in their current senior management roles and will retain their directorships of other Sprue subsidiaries.  Mr Peter Lawrence has also indicated his intention to resign as a Director of the Company once a suitable replacement has been identified.

Graham Whitworth, Executive Chairman & Group CEO commented:

"The reorganisation of the Board is another sign of our commitment to the growth and success of the business.  Both Peter and John are valuable members of the Sprue team and will continue in their senior management roles as before."
