Fintech Asia, (LON:FINA) a company established to acquire one or more companies or businesses in the financial technology sector, focused on improving the delivery and use of financial services in Asia, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4AN, on 14 December 2023 at 8.00 a.m. GMT.
