The Board of Immedia announces that Trevor N Brookes, Chief Executive Officer,
has today purchased 234,820 ordinary shares in the Company at 10p per share.


Following this purchase he now holds 1,807,620 shares representing 13.55 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
