The Company announces that on 1 February 2005, Immedia Broadcasting Trustees
Limited ('the Trustee'), as trustee of the Immedia Broadcasting Enterprise
Management Incentive Share Option Scheme (the beneficiaries of which include the
Directors of the Company), purchased 12,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company.  The resultant holding of the Trustee is 551,000 Shares (representing
4.7 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company).
