Dealing by Director

Immedia Group Plc (AIM: IME) announces that it received notification today that the Company's Chairman, Mr Geoff Howard-Spink, has today purchased 34,200 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14.39 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Howard-Spink has an interest in the Company of 447,280 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.07% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
