The Company announces that Anthony Allan, Chairman and Director of Fish has
resigned, with immediate effect, from the Board of the Company and its
subsidiaries, namely Marchthistle Limited, Cutty Catering Specialists Limited,
AH Jarvis and Sons Limited, BGR West Coast Limited, The Fish Company Limited and
No 1 Lawn Terrace Limited.
